Business to take care of...

I have been asked for names for men Lay Directors for walks.  I don't know all of the specifics of each of your work records, but I know Bill Treutel does.  However, the reason I am emailing you about it is that Judy Gilliland sent an email, stating that some people were nominated and completely unaware.  I want to know if there is anyone who feels like they might be ready for a men's lay director for a walk.

An email was also sent asking for names for a Board Rep Nominees.  Is there anyone you feel would be a good fit for this position?  Any names that are recommended will be contacted by me (if possible) to check with you if you wish to accept or decline the nomination.

Don't forget that the next cluster meeting is August 27 at 6:30 (covered dish) and 7:00 (worship/communion/business). I hope to see you there!

Please continue to check the website (www.oneontaemmaus.blogspot.com) because I have put several posts out there in the last week that haven't been emailed.  I can post to the website via my BlackBerry when I can't email my "Cluster" Google group via my BB.  So, continue to check this from time to time as well.

I hope to receive some names from you soon.  Don't forget to be in prayer for Cluster Lay Director(s) for next year since Liz and I will be stepping down.

ANNUAL TRAINING THIS WEEKEND ALONG WITH A WALK AND CANDLELIGHT SATURDAY NIGHT!!! I have attached the registration form for this weekend.  The deadline was August 5.  I apologize for not getting that to you sooner; Jack has been sick the last week, so lots of things have been put on a back burner for a while (not to mention starting back to school this week).  I hope that some of us can make it to the training this weekend!
